Step 01
Choose a style and message us
Browse our product catalog and use the category filters to work out the style, length and hair type you need. If you already have a photo of a look you love, just send it — that's fastest.
Message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook — whichever you prefer. We reply within 5 minutes during business hours, and as soon as we can outside them.

Step 02
Consultation and quote
We video call you so you can see the real hair texture and color right in our workshop — colors in photos never quite match real life, and seeing it live is the only way to be sure. Once you've chosen, you'll get an all-inclusive quote.
Prices depend on length, weight and color. Wholesale quantities have their own pricing.

Step 03
Confirm and pay
You give a final confirmation of the style, length, color, quantity and delivery address. We log your order and get to work.
A 40% deposit gets your order started, with the remaining 60% paid before shipping — this applies to both retail and wholesale customers. International payments via bank transfer, Western Union, RIA, WorldRemit or MoneyGram. See the FAQ for details.

Order video and delivery
Before packing, we film your actual items and send you the video. We only ship once you're happy. You'll get a tracking number to follow your parcel.
