Is G&B Hair's hair 100% human hair?
Yes. Every G&B Hair product is made from 100% human hair, sourced directly in Vietnam and kept cuticle-aligned, so it stays naturally smooth, tangle-free and takes color evenly.
Do you offer custom coloring?
Yes. Besides our ready-made colors, G&B Hair dyes to any color code or reference photo you send. Send us your preferred color code on WhatsApp for the processing time and an exact quote.
How does shipping work? Do I get a tracking number?
Once your order is confirmed, production takes 7–15 days. When it's ready, we ship internationally via Ship Agent, FedEx, UPS or DHL to Africa, Europe, the US, the UK and many other regions — delivery takes 3–7 days depending on the country. Every order comes with a tracking number as soon as it ships.
How many bundles do I need?
A full install (wig or weft) usually takes about 3 bundles for natural, full-looking volume. If you'd like it thicker or have a custom request, message us on WhatsApp with your preferred style and length and we'll advise you.
How can I pay from abroad?
G&B Hair accepts the following international payment methods: bank transfer, Western Union (WU), RIA, WorldRemit and MoneyGram. Contact us on WhatsApp to receive the payment details for your chosen method.

For wholesale customers
Supply, OEM production and order quantities.
Can G&B Hair guarantee a stable supply for long-term partnerships?
Yes. G&B Hair controls its own raw-material sourcing and production, so we can reliably supply partners who order regularly or in large volumes. For long-term orders, we can agree a production schedule in advance to keep deliveries on time.
Do you offer OEM / private-label packaging?
Yes. G&B Hair can package products under your own brand, including custom packaging, tags and labels. Contact us to discuss production time for OEM orders.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale prices?
G&B Hair has no minimum order quantity (no MOQ) — order exactly what you need, whether it's a single piece or a large volume. Wholesale pricing is based on the quantity you order: the more you order, the better the price.

For new partners
Where to start, sample orders and deposits.
I want to start working with you or place a wholesale order. Where do I begin?
It takes just 4 simple steps:
- Browse our products and note what you're interested in — product, quantity and color.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your delivery country so we can calculate shipping.
- Our team confirms your order and sends a detailed quote within a few hours.
- Make your payment — your order is produced in 7–15 days, then shipped in 3–7 days depending on the country, with a tracking number.
No complicated contracts and no minimum order — you can start with your very first order.
Can I order a single sample before buying in bulk?
Absolutely. G&B Hair has no minimum order quantity (no MOQ), so you can order a single sample to check the quality for yourself before committing to a larger order. Many of our long-term partners started exactly this way.
How much deposit do I need to pay on my first order?
We ask for a 40% deposit to start processing your order, with the remaining 60% paid before shipping. This policy applies to both retail and wholesale customers and protects both sides.
